Hello, my name is Monica Ha. I am a new staff trainee with SOON Movement Global.

I was involved with SMG all four years of college and graduated from UC Irvine in 2019. Right after graduating, I went on overseas missions to Southeast Asia for a year and returned home in the middle of the pandemic.

I have been serving in NorCal SMG as a volunteer staff for the past two years and have made the commitment to obey God’s leading into joining full-time staff. It’s a big step of faith, but in this short life that I have to live, I want to live my life to glorify God.

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” – Matthew 9:36-38
